How do the kits work?+

Each kit is packed to furnish a whole area in one order — bedding, kitchenware, storage or lighting, depending on the kit. Contents are listed on every product page.

Which currency are prices in?+

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). A flat standard shipping fee is added at checkout.

Where do you ship?+

We ship internationally to the countries shown in the checkout address selector, including the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and several EU countries. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

How do returns work?+

Most unused kits can be returned within 30 days. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

Is my payment secure?+

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure hosted page. Crest never sees your full card number.

What is membership?+

Membership is an optional subscription that unlocks the full Kit Matcher and planning tools. Kits themselves are always one-time purchases. There are no credits or stored balances.

Is Crest a property or letting service?+

No. Crest sells physical home goods only. We do not rent property, collect rent, hold deposits or manage any property transaction.
