Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return most unused kits within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all components and original packaging included. For hygiene reasons, opened bedding, towels and personal-use items may not be returnable once unsealed unless faulty; any such exceptions are noted on the product page.

Email support@creprosco.shop with your order reference and the kit or items you want to return. We reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not ship items back before you receive return instructions.

If you would like a different kit or size, request an exchange when you start your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we dispatch the replacement; any price difference is charged or refunded in USD through our payment processor.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping and for the goods until they reach us; we recommend a tracked service. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it in full, including original delivery where applicable.

Check your kit on delivery and report any damage, defect or missing component within 14 days at support@creprosco.shop with photos where possible, so we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
