This explains who owns the content you share with Crest for planning, the limited licence you give us to use it, and how long we keep it.
01You keep ownership
Any photos, room measurements, notes or other planning inputs you upload or enter stay yours. Crest does not claim ownership of your content.
02The licence you grant
To provide the service, you grant Crest a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store and process your content only to generate your Kit Matcher recommendation, provide support and improve accuracy of the tool for you. We do not sell your content or use it for third-party advertising.
03Retention
Planning content is cached and cleared by default within 30 days, unless you ask us to keep a saved space profile as part of membership, or we must retain records to meet a legal obligation.
04Our content
The Crest name, site design, text, product photography and other materials on creprosco.shop belong to CREST PROPERTIES (SCOTLAND) LTD. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
